Ingredients to make Gongoora dal tadaka

  • 1/2 cup chanadol
  • 1/2 cup tuvar dol
  • 1 bunch gongoora leaves
  • Tadaka
  • 1/2 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 pinch hing
  • 1 tsp coriander powder

How to make Gongoora dal tadaka

  1. 1/2 CUP CHANA DOL,1/2 CUP TUVAR DOL SOAKED IN 1 HOUR..PUT IN PRESSURE COOKER
  2. PUT FRESH WASHED GONGOORA LEAVES, CLOSE LID WAIT FOR 4 VISSLES
  3. OPEN THE LID AND SMASHED THE DOL
  4. HEAT IN A BANNEL POUR OIL,ADD MUSTARD,JERA IT SPLITTERING
  5. ADD CRUSHED GARLIC FIL IT
  6. ADD 1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS FRI
  7. ADD CHILLI POWDER,SALT,HING,TURMER POWDER, CORIANDER, CURRY LEAVES
  8. PUT COOKED GONGOORA DOL KEEP MIX UP TADAKA
