These muffins are kid friendly, easily adaptable, impressive and quick to bake. There are so many-things you can do to bake a power packed nutrition laden healthy muffin. It does seem like a tall order, but with careful choice of ingredients, the calories can be greatly reduced with no compromise on taste.
