ABOUT Chicken Haryali RECIPE

A famous dish from Punjab. But the best part is, this is a "zero" oil recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1.5 cup cilantro paste (coriander leaves)
  2. Chicken - 300 gms
  3. Ginger and Garlic paste- 1 tbsp
  4. Yogurt- 1/4 cup
  5. 1 tsp Garam Masala
  6. Roasted cumin powder - 1 tbsp
  7. 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  8. 2 tsp Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic paste and yogurt for at least 1 hour.
  2. In a pan pour the cilantro paste and cook for a minute.
  3. Add the marinated chicken and cover it. Cook this on a low flame till it's done.
  4. Finally add salt, garam masala and roasted cumin powder.
  5. Sprinkle some chaat masala and lemon juice. Serve it hot.
