My favourite, its mouthwatering . Peru is rich in vitamin C , and this is a perfect dish to be served with some roti on the side.

Ingredients to make Peru sabji

  • 2 perus chopped without seeds
  • salt
  • jaggery 2 inch
  • red chilly powder 1 tsp
  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • mustard seeds [rai] - 1 tsp

How to make Peru sabji

  1. CRACKLE 1 TP RAI ADD 2 PERU CHOPPED PIECES AND 2 INCH JAGGERY
  2. ADD LITTLE WATER
  3. ADD 1 TP RED CHILLIE POWDER,SALT,CORIANDER POWDER 1 TP STIR WELL AND COVER
  4. COOK TILL IT BECOMES SOFT AND WATER DRIES
  5. PERU SABJI IS READY
  6. SERVE IT
