ABOUT CUSTARD APPLE PARFAIT..... RECIPE

Seasonal fruits are my favorite. Making dessert with custard apple is quite laborious. But my children like it. On popular demand, I prepared ---

Ingredients Serving: 6

Custard apple ( sitafal) - 4 nos
Full fat milk - 1/2 litter
Whipped cream - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 3-4 tbsp as per taste
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
Chopped pistachios - 1/2 tbsp

Instructions

Deseed the custard apple by hand only and keep in the fridge.
Boil the milk and make it like thick rabdi.
Now mix rabdi with custard apple pulp properly.
Lastly add whipped cream and vanilla essence
Pour the custard apple mixture into separate glasses and keep in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
Sprinkle chopped pistachios on the top and serve cool.
