About Kadhai Paneer Recipe

Main Dish yummy kadhai paneer serve with butter naan.

Kadhai Paneer

Ingredients to make Kadhai Paneer

  • 300gm paneer(cut into fingers)
  • 1/2tsp ghee
  • 1 small capsicum(deseeded & cut into thin fingers)
  • 2tsp shredded ginger
  • 2tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1/2tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2tsp Kasoori methi(dried fenugreek)
  • Alt to teste
  • For gravy:-2,1/2tbsp ghee
  • 2tsp garlic paste
  • 3tsp. Saboot dhania
  • 3-4 whole Dry Red Chillies
  • 2 green chillies(Slit,deseeded and chopped)
  • 2tsp Chpped ginger
  • 4- 5 tomatoes (puree/chpped)optinal
  • 1/2tsp tbsp Kasoori methi(dried fenugreek)
  • 1/2tsp Garam masala
  • 1tsp degi mirch
  • salt to teste

How to make Kadhai Paneer

  1. To prepare the kadhai gravy,pound dry red chillies & sabot dhania to rough powder.
  2. Heat ghee in a kadha,reduce flame,add garlic & saute till light brown.
  3. Add the dhania,red chilli powder & saute for 1/2minutes.
  4. Add green chillies & ginger saute for 1/2minutes.
  5. Add tomatoes and again saute until the ghee comes to the surface.
  6. Add kasoori methi,salt & garam masala keep kadhai gravy aside.
  7. In a clean kadhai,heat ghee & saute capsicum for 1minutes.
  8. Add shredded ginger and stir foe 1/2 minutes.
  9. Add kadhai gravy saute until ghee separates,add chopped coriander.
  10. Add paneer mix well.add salt to taste.
  11. Mix in garam masala and kasoori methi.Serve hot.
