About Fruity sandwich Recipe

Very easy and healthy, no fire sandwich.

Fruity sandwich

Ingredients to make Fruity sandwich

  • Bread 8pieces
  • Hung curd 1-1/2cup
  • paneer 2tbsp grated
  • honey 2-3tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1tsp
  • Chopped fresh fruits 1cup(I used mango and watermelon)
  • Chopped Dryfruits for garnishing
  • Few chopped fruits for garnishing

How to make Fruity sandwich

  1. Take hung curd in a mixing bowl, add paneer, honey, vanilla, chopped fruits and mix well.
  2. Trim the edges of the breads.
  3. Spread the prepared mixture over one bread and cover with another.
  4. Repeat the same process for another layer.
  5. Cover by spreading the hung curd mixture outside like a cake.
  6. Similarly prepare another layered sandwich.
  7. Garnish with chopped fruits and dryfruits.

My Tip:

Tastes best when served chilled.
