Malpua is served as a dessert. I have twisted the recipe by adding pineapple to it and doing fun with fruit flavour.

Pineapple Flavoured Malpua

Ingredients to make Pineapple Flavoured Malpua

  • all purpose flour 4 tbsp
  • semolina 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder a pinch
  • pineapple puree 3/4 cup
  • water 1/2 cup or less
  • For syrup:
  • water 2 tbsp
  • sugar 8 tbsp
  • rose petals

How to make Pineapple Flavoured Malpua

  1. PINEAPPLE FLAVOURED MALPUA IN ROSE WATER SYRUP
  2. TAKE 4 TBSP OF ALL PURPOSE FLOUR IN A BOWL
  3. ADD 2 TBSP OF SOOJI
  4. ADD A PINCH OF BAKING POWDER
  5. ADD 3/4 CUP OF PINEAPPLE PUREE ND WATER TO SET CONSISTENCY
  6. BATTER IS READY
  7. ADD 1/2 LADLE FILL ONTO A WELL GREASED PAN
  8. FLIP TO OTHER SIDE WHEN ONE SIDE TURNS GOLDEN
  9. DIP IT IN ROSE WATER SYRUP(2 TBSP OF WATER ND 8 TBSP OF SUGAR AND ROSE PETALS
