Ingredients to make Kanti Kabab

  • Mutton 250 gms
  • onions sliced 1 cup
  • tomato diced 1 cup
  • vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Meat masala 1 tbsp
  • salt 1/2 tsp+ 1/2 tsp
  • red chilli powder 2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilli, sliced 2
  • cumin powder 1/4 tsp
  • fennel Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Grated ginger 1 tsp
  • Fresh coriander 2 tbsp

How to make Kanti Kabab

  1. Marinate the mutton pieces using the spices. Keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a shallow pan. Add the mutton pieces and fry till it turns brown. Add salt.
  3. Add the onion and fry till it's soft, then mix the tomatoes and chillies. Keep frying till the oil separates.
  4. Serve it hot.
