A 10 minute pizza that can be instantly prepared when you are on the go and this pizza requires only few ingredients.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Banana - 1
  2. Eggs - 4
  3. Sugar - 1/2 cup
  4. Mixed nuts - few
  5. Ghee - 5 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Slice banana in to small pieces and smash them with a spoon.
  2. In another bowl, pour 2 eggs and beat them well.Similarly in another bowl,beat two eggs.Meanwhile grate few nuts and grind them in a mixer.
  3. In a tawa,add 1 tablespoon ghee and pour 2 beated eggs so that it forms a base layer for the pizza.
  4. Spread the smashed banana over the layer and pour another 2 eggs over the smashed banana.
  5. Cover the tawa and let them cook in low flame.cooking under high flame may burn the egg.
  6. After 5 mins,toss it upside down and cook till the pizza becomes golden and crisp.
  7. Remove from the tawa and sprinkle some nuts over it.Banana pizza is ready to be served.
