Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 1/2 curd
  2. 6-7 leaves of pudina
  3. Small piece of ginger
  4. 1/2 tsp Fresh roasted cumin seed powder (jeera powder)
  5. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 2 glass of water
  8. Ice 4 cubes
  9. Garnish
  10. Pudina leaves
  11. Cumin powder

Instructions

  1. Add curd in mixer and add ginger(cut)
  2. Add pudina leaves
  3. Add cumin powder, black pepper,salt. Blend on high speed
  4. Add ice and water and again blend it at full speed
  5. Sieve it. And again blend it.
  6. Now pour it in glass and garnish it with pudina leaves and cumin powder
