Raw mango pickle is very tangy and spicy, a perfect accompaniment for dal rice or parathas.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500gram raw mango
  2. 2spoon fennel seeds
  3. 2spoon coriander seeds
  4. 2spoon fengrueek seeds
  5. 1/2spoon kalonji (onion seeds)
  6. 1/4cup mustard oil
  7. salt as per taste
  8. 1/2spoon turmeric powder
  9. 1/2spoon red chilly powder
  10. 1/2spoon kashmiri lal mirch


  1. Wash dry and cut the mangoes into small pieces and keep it under the sunlight for 1to 2 hours
  2. Grind coriander seeds ,fenel seeds, kalonji and fengrueek seeds and make powder and place it into a big vessel
  3. Add salt ,red chilly powder, turmeric powder and kashniri red chilly
  4. Add oil and mix well
  5. Add raw mango pieces and mix well
  6. Mix it well
  7. Ready
