About Raw mango pickle Recipe

Raw mango pickle is very tangy and spicy, a perfect accompaniment for dal rice or parathas.

Raw mango pickle

Ingredients to make Raw mango pickle

  • 500gram raw mango
  • 2spoon fennel seeds
  • 2spoon coriander seeds
  • 2spoon fengrueek seeds
  • 1/2spoon kalonji (onion seeds)
  • 1/4cup mustard oil
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2spoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2spoon red chilly powder
  • 1/2spoon kashmiri lal mirch

How to make Raw mango pickle

  1. Wash dry and cut the mangoes into small pieces and keep it under the sunlight for 1to 2 hours
  2. Grind coriander seeds ,fenel seeds, kalonji and fengrueek seeds and make powder and place it into a big vessel
  3. Add salt ,red chilly powder, turmeric powder and kashniri red chilly
  4. Add oil and mix well
  5. Add raw mango pieces and mix well
  6. Mix it well
  7. Ready

My Tip:

This pickle is only for 3to 4 days uses if you want to preserve long than you should sure that your mangoes dry
