Ingredients to make Semolina Crispies

  • onions 1 big (chopped )
  • tomatoes 2big (chopped)
  • Green chilli 4 (chopped )
  • coriander leaves 2tbsp(chopped)
  • semolina 1cup
  • Red chilli powder 1tsp
  • salt 1tsp
  • Bread slice 6
  • oil for frying

How to make Semolina Crispies

  1. IN A BOWL ADD CHOPPED ONIONS, TOMATOES, CORIANDER LEAVES
  2. ADD CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI AND RED CHILLI POWDER
  3. ADD SALT AND SEMOLINA
  4. MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS PROPERLY WITH YOUR HANDS TILL YOU ARE ABLE TO FORM A SMALL BALL
  5. CUT THE BREAD SLICE INTO FOUR
  6. TAKE A SMALL PORTION OF THE MIXTURE AND PRESS ON THE BREAD FIRMLY SO IT STICKS ON THE BASE
  7. HEAT OIL IN A KADHAI AND ON MEDIUM FLAME FRY THE BREAD .PRESS AGAIN AND ADD THE BREAD UPSIDE DOWN
  8. FRY ON MEDIUM FLAME AND TURN ONLY WHEN YOUR BREAD IS SLIGHTLY GOLDEN
  9. FRY FOR A WHILE AND TAKE IT OUT
