For banana ice cream,cut banana into small pieces & keep it in fridge for an hour.
After an hour ,blend it in mixer.
Now blend fresh malai with sugar .
Make a soft smooth paste.
Mix it well with banana paste.Add chopped cashew nuts.Take a box now & pour the batter in box.Keep it in freezer for 6 to 7 hours.After that ice cream will ready.
For rasgulla,boil milk properly.Then switch off the flame & make it cool for 5 minutes.Then add vinegar to make paneer.
Make a paste of black berry pulps & sugar.
Add 2 glass water,strain it & make juice of it.
Drain out excess water from paneer & mash it well with 1tspn of semolina.
Make small balls from paneer.
Boil syrup of 1 cup sugar, 2cup black berry juice & 3 cup water.
When the syrup will start to leave bubble , add rasgulla in it & boil it in high flame for 10 minutes with lid.
After 10 minutes size will double.Boil it another 12 minutes in medium flame without lid.
Rasgulla is ready.
Now the most interesting factor...plating.Take a plate,put banana ice cream & leave it in room temperature for 5 minutes to spread the ice cream.Then put rasgullas. Decorate with fresh black berry & chopped chocolate pudding.
