Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Brinjal- 8 (small sized brinjals)
  2. Oil -1 cup to deep fry
  3. White pepper- 1/2 tbsp
  4. Salt - 1/2 tbsp
  5. Coriander leaves-1 spoon to decorate
  6. Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp


  1. Take a pan, heat it and add oil.
  2. Next, one by one take the brinjals and lightly cut in half. Then add into the oil, along with salt, pepper, turmeric powder and stir a bit.
  3. Fry these brinjals for 5-6 mins till they are quite tender.
  4. Serve in a plate with a garnish of coriander.
