This is the best combination ever..I can never forget this taste!

Chikoo kulfi

Ingredients to make Chikoo kulfi

  • 1/2 ltr milk
  • 1 cup Chikoo pieces
  • 1 cup Chikkoo Puree
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp cashewnut pieces

How to make Chikoo kulfi

  1. Heat milk in a bowl, reduce till thick over low flame. Keep stirring.
  2. Add cashewnut pieces.
  3. Peel Chikkoo and make the puree.
  4. Take more chikkoos to make the chopped pieces.
  5. Keep stirring milk then add sugar...take off flame.
  6. Add Chikkoo paste as well as the Chikkoo peices.
  7. Take this chikkoo kulfi batter, pour into air tight container close and freeze overnight.
  8. Or for 6 hours at least.
  9. Sprinkle chili powder on top and serve.
  10. Garnish with more chopped chikkoo if desired.

My Tip:

Chili powder to give a little spice and mouth twist!!
