Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup chopped a d deseed dates
  2. 1/4cup almonds chopped
  3. 1/4 cup chopped cashew
  4. 1/2cup rasini
  5. 1/4cup melon seeds
  6. 1/4tsp dry go ginger powder
  7. 1cup sugar
  8. 1 cup water (add more if required)
  9. 1tsp roasted cumin powder
  10. 1 tbsp red chilli Powder
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 1 tbsp tamarind pulp

Instructions

  1. Place your fry pan add water and add sugar and bring it to boil
  2. After 5 minutes add dry ginger powder
  3. Then add tamarind pulp and Then add chilli powder
  4. Cook in medium heat till the syrup turn to 1 string consistency and all dry fruits and cooked
  5. Now add salt and roasted cumin powder
  6. Cook for 5 minutes and then turn off the flame
  7. Serve once cool and store in air tight container
