Ingredients to make Mini watermelon cakes

  • 1 small water melon
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Rainbow vermicelli sprinkler

How to make Mini watermelon cakes

  1. Using a knife,slice the small portion of the Watermelon rind off
  2. Slice the watermelon into 2 inch thick slices
  3. Using the round cookies cutter (3/4 size),cut small rounds of the watermelon slices
  4. Scoop out little watermelon from the small rounds
  5. Place those in refrigerator for 20mins
  6. Place a dollop of cool whipped cream onto each round watermelon and garnish with sprinkler/choco balls
  7. Serve chill
