Bite into a slice of summer with this easy, low-carb dessert.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 small water melon
  2. 1 cup whipped cream
  3. Rainbow vermicelli sprinkler

Instructions

  1. Using a knife,slice the small portion of the Watermelon rind off
  2. Slice the watermelon into 2 inch thick slices
  3. Using the round cookies cutter (3/4 size),cut small rounds of the watermelon slices
  4. Scoop out little watermelon from the small rounds
  5. Place those in refrigerator for 20mins
  6. Place a dollop of cool whipped cream onto each round watermelon and garnish with sprinkler/choco balls
  7. Serve chill
