About Aam Panna Recipe

A tasty drink to beat the heat, made with mangoes.

Aam Panna

Ingredients to make Aam Panna

  • 2 small raw mango
  • water 2½ glass
  • Crushed ice
  • Powderer sugar 4 spoon
  • 2 spoon white salt
  • 2 spoon black salt
  • Jaljira powder 1½ spoon
  • mint leaves
  • lemon slice

How to make Aam Panna

  1. Peel mango
  2. In a cooker put mango and ½ cup water
  3. Close the lid
  4. Keep on high flame
  5. After 2 whistles switch off the flame
  6. Let it cool
  7. Strain mango pulp in a vessel by a strainer
  8. Add water,sugar and all spices
  9. Add crushed ice
  10. Mix well
  11. Pour in a glass
  12. Garnish with mint leaves and lemon slice

My Tip:

Don't add sugar if making for diabetes patient
