ABOUT Mango icecream RECIPE

This is an easy recipe of an ice cream, made with luscious mangoes.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mango puree 1cup
  2. Fresh cream or whipped cream 150 ml.
  3. Milkmaid 1/2 tin
  4. Mangies small pieces 1 table spoon

Instructions

  1. Take a large bowl and mix the mango puree and milkmaid keep aside.
  2. Whip the cream till fluffy and fold into the mango mixture.
  3. Mix the mangoes pieces and pour into airtight container and freeze till set.
  4. Mango icecream is ready.
