Egg Hakka Noodles

Ingredients to make Egg Hakka Noodles

  • 150 g Hakka noodles
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 small carrot thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup thinly sliced capsicum and bell pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp tomato chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp green chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • salt to taste

How to make Egg Hakka Noodles

  1. COOK NOODLES AL DENTE AS PER PACKAGE INSTRUCTIONS
  2. CHOP VEGGIES AND KEEP IT ASIDE
  3. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL
  4. ADD EGGS AND SCRAMBLE IT
  5. KEEP THE SCRAMBLED EGGS ASIDE
  6. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL,ADD ONIONS AND GARLIC. SAUTE UNTIL ONIONS ARE TENDER
  7. ADD CHOPPED VEGGIES, MIX WELL
  8. SPRINKLE WATER, COVER AND COOK UNTIL TENDER YET CRUNCHY
  9. ADD SALT VINEGAR AND PEPPER. MIX WELL
  10. ADD SAUCES AND MIX WELL
  11. REDUCE HEAT TO LOW AND ADD NOODLES
  12. ADD SCRAMBLED EGGS, MIX EVERYTHING WELL AND COOK FOR FEW SECONDS
  13. SERVE HOT
