Mustard Hilsha fish tacos.

Ingredients to make Mustard Hilsha fish tacos.

  • Fish marination:
  • Hilsha fish cubes 3/4 cup
  • Mastard oil 1 tsp
  • Lamon juice 1 tsp
  • Cornstarch 1 tbs
  • egg 1/2
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • salt 1 tsp
  • Taco seasoning mastard paste:
  • Pure mastard oil 1 tbs
  • Mastard & ginger paste 1&1/2 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • tomato sauce 3 tbs
  • yogurt 1 tbs
  • Soya sauce 1/2 tbs
  • Lamon juice 1/2 tsp
  • Sufficient mastard oil for frying
  • Taco shell 3 or 4

How to make Mustard Hilsha fish tacos.

  1. IN A BOWL TRANSFER 3/4 CUP OF HILSHA FISH CUBES.ADD 1TSP PURE MASTARD OIL.
  2. ADD 1 TSP SALT,1 TSP LAMON JUICE.
  3. ADD 1 TBS CORN FLOUR,1/2 OF AN EGG.
  4. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER AND MIX WELL.AND ALLOW IT TO BE MARINATED FOR 20 MINUTES.
  5. SEASONING PASTE: POUR 1 TBS PURE MASTARD OIL.1&1/2 TSP MASTARD GINGER PASTE.
  6. ADD 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, 3 TBS TOMATO SAUCE.
  7. ADD 1 TBS YOGURT,1/2 TBS SOYA SAUCE.1/2 TSP LAMON JUICE
  8. GIVE IT A GOOD MIX.KEEP ASIDE.
  9. IN SUFFICIENT HOT MASTARD OIL FRY ALL MARINATED HILSHA FISH CUBES.
  10. FRY EVENLY FLIPPING THEM IN MEDIUM FLAME.
  11. WHEN ALL HILSHA FISH CUBES GET PERFECT GOLDEN BROWN COLOUR TAKE THEM OUT IN AN ABSORBENT PAPER.
  12. TACOS FILLING PREPARATION: TRANSFER 1 CUP OF DICED ONION IN 1 TBS HOT MASTARD OIL.
  13. STIR WELL IN MEDIUM HIGH FLAME.
  14. ADD PREPARED TACO SEASONING MIX.
  15. STIR AND LET IT BE COOKED FOR 4/5 MINUTES.
  16. ADD 3 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES.
  17. ADD FRIED, COATED HILSHA GISH CUBE.
  18. ADD 1/2 CUP OF SHREDDED FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES.
  19. STIR AGAIN.
  20. ADD REST OF FISH MARINATION LIQUID.
  21. COOK IT FOR 3/4 MINUTES.
  22. FIX ITS SALT IF NEEDED.MASTARD HILSHA FISH TACO FILLING IS READY.
  23. TAKE 3 TACOS SHELL.AND FILL IT UP WITH MASTARD HILSHA TACOS FILLING.
  24. PLACE SOME FRESH MINTS ON TOP.
  25. GARNISH WITH CARROT ROSES.
  26. NOW ENJOY THE SUPERB TASTE OF MASTARD HILSHA TACOS......ENJOY.
