Ingredients to make Veg Biriyani in 15 minutes

  • Cooked rice 4-5 cups
  • Blanched veggies
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Biriyani masala 1.5 tsp
  • curd 3 tbs
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli powder 2 tsp pr to taste
  • mint leaves
  • coriander leaves
  • Biriyani essence 1 tsp
  • cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • cloves 4-5
  • ghee 1/4 cup

How to make Veg Biriyani in 15 minutes

  1. ADD 1/2 TSP CUMIN & CLOVES IN 1/4 CUP HOT GHEE
  2. ADD 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  3. ADD 1.5 TSP CHOPPED GARLIC,STIR
  4. ADD ONION SLICES (1 LARGE),SAUTE TILL THE GOLDEN BROWN
  5. ADD BLANCHED VEGGIES (ANY TYPE OF VEGGIE)
  6. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  7. 2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER OR TO TASTE
  8. ADD 1.5 TSP BIRIYANI MASALA, MIX WELL
  9. SALT TO TASTE
  10. ADD 3 TBS CURD, SAUTE FOR 2-3 MINUTES ON LOW-MEDIUM HEAT
  11. ADD CHOPPED MINT LEAVES, MIX
  12. ADD 4-5 CUPS COOKED RICE OR LEFTOVER RICE
  13. ADD CHOPPED MINT LEAVES
  14. CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
  15. MIX WELL FOR 2 MINUTES ON LOW HEAT
  16. ADD 1 TSP BIRIYANI ESSENCE, MIX WELL & TAKE OFF THE HEAT
