About Aam Panna Recipe

It is easy to make and it is sweet, sour,tangy and you must try it.

Aam Panna

Ingredients to make Aam Panna

  • 2 big size raw mango
  • 1 cup jaggery
  • 1tsp oil
  • 1/2tsp zeera

How to make Aam Panna

  1. Wash the mango and pressure cook the raw mango's with enough water.
  2. Remove the skin and make a pury of raw mango's in a mixer.
  3. Take a vessel add in pulp jaggery and bring it to a boil.
  4. Take oil in a pan add whole Zeera and give a baghar.
  5. Then chill it in freezer and then your aam panna is ready .
