Firstly grate fresh mawa...heat a pan. Add two spn ghee and gram flour & roast till gram flour releases aroma and turns brown..
Add the grated mawa , keep stirring till it completely dissolves & releases ghee..off the gas. Let it cool
Add your favourite fruit pulp ya syrup ,elaichi powder,almond powder & bura sugar n mix well. .
Take refined flour,add two spoons ghee & form a soft dough with water...let it set for fifteen min
Now roll thin chapatis..take a small bowl ...fill it tightly with mawa fruits mixture and turn it upside down on the side of rolled chapati..
Now flip the other side of chapati on mawa mixture n pack it tightly by pressing the corners.
Cut the shape of ghari with bigger bowl than mawafruit mixture bowl
Heat a pan with ghee..hold ghari with one hand on perforated jharna n keep pouring hot ghee on ghari so that the upper layer gets cooked by hot ghee.. see the pic for reference...
This is served with thick layer of ghee on it...with dry fruits....
