ABOUT Fruit custard RECIPE

Everybody loves custard, loaded with fruits, so here is a quick recipe of the same.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Custard powder ( full 1 1/2 tbsp)
  2. Milk ( half litre)
  3. Sugar 3 tbsp
  4. Apple, mango, banana,chikoo,orange,sweet lime [any fruit of your choice, as required]

Instructions

  1. Cut the fruits in a bowl and keep it aside .
  2. In a bowl ,mix milk, custurd powder and sugar together and mix it well then shift the mixture in a pan and boil the mixture continuously and make sure their are no lumps .
  3. And mix until the milk is boiled and thick enough. Let the custard get cooled enough, chill in the refrigerator for some time.
  4. After cooling add the chopped fruits into it and then chill again, after the mixture is cooled remove it in the bowl and enjoy the fruit custard.
