Kerry Mirch pulav

Ingredients to make Kerry Mirch pulav

  • 1 medium size grated Kairi (Raw mango)
  • 2 cup cooked basmati rice
  • 2-3 chopped green chilli
  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander
  • 10-12 cashew
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1-2 pathar phool
  • 2 black cardamon
  • 2 green cardamom
  • 1 cinemmon stick
  • 7-8 black pepper
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 pepper powder

How to make Kerry Mirch pulav

  1. Take a jar put green chilli and chopped coriander and grind it and keep aside
  2. Take a pan put some oil and heat it Now put cumin seeds, bay leaf,green & black cardamom,pathar pool, cinemmon stick, cashew,black pepper stir well
  3. Now add grated kairi, sliced onions and chopped capsicum and coriander chilli paste stir it and cook for 3-4 minutes
  4. Now add cooked rice and mix well Now ‎ add salt,garam masala and chopped coriander, raisin and mix well cook for 5-7 minutes on low flame
  5. Kairi pulav is ready garnish with chopped coriander and cashew
  6. Serve with fresh curd or raita
