Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 medium ripe mango peeled and sliced
  2. 9 to 10 Iceberg lettuce leaves
  3. 8 to 10 snow Peas optional
  4. One medium avocado sliced
  5. Half small onion sliced
  6. One bowl yellow red green capsicum cut into thin strips
  7. 8 to 9 grapes
  8. 6 to 7 blueberries
  9. Half bowl chopped coriander leaves
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Crushed black peppercorns to test
  12. For dressing
  13. One tablespoon honey
  14. Half tablespoon lemon juice
  15. One tablespoon olive oil
  16. Half inch grated ginger

Instructions

  1. Method first to prepare dressing combine lemon juice olive oil Honey Ginger salt and crushed paper corns in a small 4 cover and shake well
  2. Put few lettuce leaves snow Peas onion capsicum strips avocado slices mango slices in a serving platter
  3. Sprinkle some salt and crushed peppercorns and drizzle some dressing on top and serve immediately
  4. For Garnish
  5. Half ripe mango carved as rose
  6. Strawberry carved as Rose some mint leaves and place and decorate with rose
