Chilli Paneer

Ingredients to make Chilli Paneer

  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • sugar 2 pinches
  • salt as per taste
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Dry mango powder 1 tsp
  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Main ingredient
  • paneer 200 grams
  • capsicum 1 big sized
  • onion 3 medium sized
  • Green chilies 2 to 3

How to make Chilli Paneer

  1. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL, ADD 3 DICED ONIONS, 1 DICED CAPSICUM, SAUTE FOR 3-4 MINS
  2. ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS, SAUTE
  3. ADD 2 CHOPPED TOMATOES, 2-3 GREEN CHILIES, 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
  4. ADD 200 GMS CUBED COTTAGE CHEESE, 1/2 TSP PEPPER POWDER, SAUTE FOR 2 MINS, TAKE OFF HEAT
