Yogurt comes from milk and therefore, it is loaded with several essential nutrients like calcium and vitamin An advantage with yogurt is that it is light on the stomach and easier to digest than milk. The King of the fruits of all times, specially in India - 'Mango' is here once again! One of the best things about summer is this luscious mouthwatering fruit- ripe or raw, in any form. Using these healthy ingredients in "Jai Ki Rasoi Se" made "Baked Yogurt in Chocolate Boat"

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Mango Puree (Aam Ka Ras) - 1 Cup
  2. Curds (Dahi) - 1 Cup
  3. Cream (Malai) - 1 Cup
  4. Condense Milk - 1 Cup
  5. Dark Chocolate - 100 Grams
  6. Butter to grease the molds - As per Requirement

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add mango puree, curds, cream and condensed milk with the help of hand bitter mix all the ingredient and make smooth batter
  2. Pre heat the oven at 200 degree for 10 minutes
  3. Take silicon molds, grease them with butter and place them in the baking tray. Add water in the baking tray at ½ inch level
  4. Place the tray in the oven and bake it for 20 minutes at 200 degree
  5. Remove the tray, keep it aside to get till. Once it is cooled keep the silicon molds in the freezer for 10 minutes
  6. To prepare chocolate boat: In a double boiler melt the dark chocolate. Allow it to cool.
  7. Take a balloon, blow and knot it. Now dip the lower part of the balloon in the melted chocolate, place the dipped balloon on the tray and keep it on freezer for 10 minutes
  8. With the help of the pin bust the balloon, carefully remove the boat
  9. Take a serving plate pore the mango puree, over it place the chocolate boat. De-mold the baked mango yogurt and place it in the boat and garnish it with fresh mint leaves
  10. Now the dish is ready to serve cold as summer dessert
