This is healthy and tasty lassi.

Dry fruits lassi

Ingredients to make Dry fruits lassi

  • 2 spoon almonds
  • 2 spoon cashew
  • 1 pinch saffron
  • 5 spoon sugar
  • 3 cup curd
  • 1 cup milk.
  • Some rose bud

How to make Dry fruits lassi

  1. Put saffron in milk.
  2. In mixi jar put cashew,almonds and sugar grind them and make a fine powder.
  3. Now add milk and curd in same jar and again grind tham.
  4. Pour the lassi into glasses decorate with rose buds, chopped almonds and saffron.
