This is a wonderful recipe of laddu for winter which keeps body warm .increase immunity and we all know that all dry fruits are rich in nutrients.

Ingredients to make Dates and dry fruits laddu

  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup cashew nuts
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup pista
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 1/2 cup dates
  • 1/2 cup figs
  • 1/2 cup kishmis
  • 1 tsp ghee

How to make Dates and dry fruits laddu

  1. Heat ghee
  2. Roast all nuts in ghee
  3. Let them cool
  4. Grind in mixi
  5. Again heat ghee
  6. And add figs,dates and kishmis
  7. Roast them and cool down
  8. And grind in mixi
  9. Mix both types of nuts
  10. Make laddus
  11. Insert an almond in each laddu
