I’ve been privy to so many breads and buns, I had to bake these babies. The buns get their sweetness from honey and dates and softness from milk and a good few minutes of kneading of course. I left the buns in a muffin pan to prove, but you could leave them out on a baking tray if you wish. It’s the kind of thing you want to have for your breakfast, with a knob of butter and cup of coffee.
