Ingredients to make Zero Oil Chicken Tangri in cooker

  • chicken leg 6 pieces, 
  • curds – 1 cup
  • Haldi/ turmeric 1 tsp
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • red chilli POWDER 1 TBSP
  • Tandoori chicken masala 2 tbsp
  • Maggi magic masala cubes 2 packs
  • ginger Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • salt as per taste
  • tomato sauce 3 tbsp
  • Dhania/coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Orange tandoori food colour 1/4 tsp
  • onion rings to serve with
  • Fresh chopped coriander leaves
  • lemon wedges
  • tomato slices

How to make Zero Oil Chicken Tangri in cooker

  1. WASH 6 CHICKEN LEG PIECES, MAKE SLITS ON EACH PIECE ON BOTH SIDES
  2. ADD 1 CUP BEATEN CURD, 2 TBSP LEMON JUICE
  3. ADD 1 TSP TURMERIC, 1 TBSP RED CHILLI & 2 TBSP CHICKEN MASALA POWDERS
  4. ADD SALT TO TASTE, 2 TBSP GINGER-GARLIC- CHILLI PASTE
  5. ADD 2 MAGGI POWDERED MASALA CUBES
  6. ADD 2 TSP CORIANDER POWDER, 1/4 TSP ORANGE FOOD COLOUR, 3 TBSP TOMATO SAUCE, MIX WELL
  7. WRAP WITH A CLING FILM, REFRIGERATE FOR 3-4 HOURS
  8. PLACE THE CHICKEN PIECES & MARINADE IN A PRESSURE COOKER, COOK UPTO 3-4 WHISTLES
  9. PLACE ON A SERVING DISH, GARNISH WITH A HANDFUL OF FRESH CORIANDER, ADD THE THICKENED GRAVY ON TOP
