Raw mango is roasted, and then made into a refreshing drink. A delicious summer drink.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Raw mango 250 gramms
  2. Mint leaves...1/2 cup
  3. Salt and green chillies to taste
  4. Roasted cumin seeds powder...1 tea spoon


  1. All mango should be washed and roasted on a gas flame till charred.
  2. Put them in cold water, and Peel the charred skin.
  3. Peel all the mangoes
  4. Now take these in a glass of water, rub them nicely and take it's seeds away
  5. Now in a mixie jar take the pulp with water, salt, green chillies, mint leaves, cumin seed powder and grind it nicely
  6. Strain and mix 4 glasses of water. Check sourness. If need be add little sugar powder and mix, I did not add sugar in my drink
  7. Enjoy and beat the heat
