Take a heavy bottomed deep vessel .
Take curd in a bowl,blend and mix tyrmeric powder,red chilly powder,coriander powder and salt to taste.
Mix well ,add 1cup besan and mix well add2cups pf water,mix well to avoid lumping.
Now heat the vessel and pour mixture.stir continuously to avoid any lumping.the flame should not be high,cook on low flame.
Stire till boiling starts,add further 4cups of water .
Add ginger garlic paste and cover the vessel partially.let it be boil,keeping flame on medium.
When boiling starts,lower the flame and boil kadhi for 30minutes.
Meanwhile the kadhi is on boiling process we 'll make pakode for kadhi.
For this take 1cup besan in a bowl,sliced onion,green chillies,apinch of turmeric powder,melted butter and salt to taste.
Make a soft batter by adding some water.
Heat oil in a pan and make pakode.
After 30minutes of boiling of kadhi add pakodes
Further cook for 5_7 minutes on medium flame.
Heat 100ml oil in a pan.
Add aesefotida,red chillies,coriander seeds,and cumin seeds,when crackle of seeds start,immediately pour the kadhi.cover and leave for 5minutes
Serve with boiled rice.
