Pear koftas

Ingredients to make Pear koftas

  • Pear ...1
  • paneer ...200 gramms ...crumbled
  • Salt and green chillies to taste
  • coriander leaves ... 1 table spoon
  • Cumin seed, garam masala, mango powder...1/4 tea spoon each
  • cornflour ... 1 table spoon or as required
  • oil to fry koftas
  • Any type of gravy for kofta curry ... 2 cups

How to make Pear koftas

  1. Grate or chop the pear and mix everything except oil in a bowl. Add cornflour little by little till a bindable mix is ready.
  2. Fry koftas and keep aside
  3. Take gravy in a woke and heat to boiling hot
  4. Keep koftas in serving bowl and just pour hot gravy on these and keep it covered for some time
  5. Enjoy with naan, roti, paranthas or rice etc

My Tip:

Pear releases juices, so be quick in frying the koftas
