Creamy Mango cotta

Ingredients to make Creamy Mango cotta

  • mango 3
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Heavy cream 1 cup
  • sugar 1 tbsp
  • powder sugar 1 tsp
  • Gelatin 3 tsp

How to make Creamy Mango cotta

  1. Wash 2 mangoes ,peel and cut .and keep aside
  2. Take a jar put mango, milk, sugar and heavy cream and blend it for 5-6 minutes ,mix 2 spoon gelatin in little amount of wate and add it and blend it
  3. Take a serving glass and pour the mixture in 3/4 glass and chill in refrigerator for 2-3 hour
  4. Now Wash and Peel 1 mango and cut in thin slice and keep aside
  5. Take another bowl put water and powder sugar and gelatin and mix well
  6. remove the glass for refrigerator and arrange the mango slices in flower shape and put gelatin mixture on top of mango flower on it all over side and again chill in refrigerator for half an hour
  7. Creamy Manga cotta is ready
  8. sprinkles powder sugar and garnish with mint leaves Serve chill
