    Ingredients to make Banana cup cake

    • 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
    • 2 tablespoons powder sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanila extract
    • 1 tablespoon melted butter
    • 1 ripe banana
    • 6 tablespoons milk
    • 4 cashews
    • 2 almonds
    • Slice banana 2 peace
    • 1 cup cake mould

    How to make Banana cup cake

    1. Peel and mash the banana in a bowl
    2. Add oil and vanila extract with mashed banana, mix well.
    3. Keep aside the bowl
    4. Another bowl add flour,sugar and baking powder, mix properly
    5. Mix banana mixture in the flour batter
    6. Add milk in the batter and mix very well
    7. Then put the batter in muffin cup , tap the cup for set the batter and no air bubbles in it
    8. Top on the batter add cases and almonds
    9. I made 1 large size muffin for 1 person
    10. Preheat the cooker add 1 cup salt, keep the stand on the salt
    11. Keep the muffin cup on the stand
    12. Close the cooker cap without wissel
    13. Bake for 20 minutes with low flame
    14. After 20 minutes off the flame , open the cover and chek the muffin with a toothpick
    15. Bring out the cup cake from the cup
    16. Top of the cake garnish slice banana
    17. Then serve the cup cake in a plate
