Fruit kasata

Ingredients to make Fruit kasata

  • Musk melon - 1
  • Kiwi -2
  • mango - 1
  • Watermelon- 3 slice
  • honey (optional)

How to make Fruit kasata

  1. Cut all the fruits seperately and make puree out of it
  2. Freeze the fruit puree for 1 hour so that the watery part will get hard
  3. Take the musk melon and cut the top portion. Remove the seeds and a layer of musk melon using a spoon.
  4. After 1 hour take out the puree and add into the musk melon one by one. Add layer by layer according to your preference
  5. Freeze it for another 2 to 3 hours until the puree set properly
  6. Now take out the musk melon and cut as a slice and serve chill

My Tip:

If you want more sweet taste add honey while making puree
