Ingredients to make Takatak palak curry

  • 2 cup spinach( 1/2 cup chop and remaining puree)
  • 10 cloves of garlic
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 green chillied slitted
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 2 tsp jeera
  • 1 tsp whole coriander seeds
  • 1 dry red chilli
  • 1 tsp seasme seeds
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp haldi
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

How to make Takatak palak curry

  1. HEAT HALF OF GHEE IN PAN ADD JEERA AND HALF GARLIC SAUTE GARLIC
  2. ADD CHOPPED ONION AND SAUTE
  3. ADD CHOPPED SPINACH IN IT AND COOK
  4. ADD GREEN CHILLIES
  5. AND BESAN
  6. ROAST IT
  7. ADD SALT AND HALDI
  8. THEN ADD PUREE OF SPINACH
  9. AND COOK ON HIGH FLAME FOR 4-5 MIN.
  10. ADD 1/4 CUP WATERAND GARAM MASALA
  11. THEN MAKE TADKA-- ADD REST GHEE CORIANDER SEEDS JEERA AND GARLIC WITH DRY RED CHILLI
  12. TRANSFER VEGETABLE IN SERVING DISH AND ADD TADKA TO IT
  13. SPRINKLE SEASME SEEDS
  14. AND SERVE HOT WITH PARANTHA OR NAAN
