ABOUT DATES AND NUTS LADOO RECIPE

This is a delicious ladoo made with dates and nuts, healthy and easy to make.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dates - 20 - 25
  2. Grated coconut - 2 tbsp
  3. Poppy seeds - 2 tbsp
  4. Chopped cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
  5. Chopped almonds - 1 tbsp
  6. Chopped walnuts - 1 tbsp
  7. Raisins - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Dry roast all dry nuts in a medium flame.
  2. In the same pan dry roast grated coconut and keep it aside
  3. In the same pan dry roast the poppy seeds and keep it aside
  4. Remove the seeds and finely chop the dates
  5. Take the dates in a pan till soft
  6. Turn off the flame
  7. Add all dry nuts,raisins,poppy seeds and grated coconut and mix well
  8. Shape it into small size ladoo
