It's a super easy and tasty recipe that can be prepared with few basic ingredients.

Instant Bread pastry

Ingredients to make Instant Bread pastry

  • Bread 4slices
  • Ripe mango cubes 1/2cup
  • sugar 1tsp
  • Vanilla ice cream 5-6tbsp
  • Cherry, mango chunks for garnishing

How to make Instant Bread pastry

  1. Blend mango cubes and sugar.
  2. Keep this mango puree in the freezer for 4-5 mins.
  3. In the meantime take 4slices of bread. Cut the edges.
  4. Take one slice, apply vanilla ice cream and then spread mango puree nicely.
  5. Then take another bread slice and apply ice cream on both sides and put this over first one.
  6. Repeat the same layering for rest bread slices.
  7. When done with four slices keep in freezer for half an hour. After that take out from freezer and cut into half.
  8. Then apply mango puree on top and garnish with mango chunks, cherry, syrup etc and serve.

My Tip:

In place of ice cream you can spread whipped cream.
