Ingredients to make Mango halwa

  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1 cup suji
  • 1 cup sugar (adjust with sweetness of mango)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • Mix chop nuts (kaju,pista and almonds)
  • Few saffron strands

How to make Mango halwa

  1. ADD GHEE IN PAN
  2. HEAT IT AND ADD SUJI ROAST IT IN GHEE
  3. WHEN IT WILL ROAST ADD MANGO PULP AND MIX IN SUJI
  4. COOK 4-5 MIN.
  5. ADD SOME SAFFRON STRANDS IN MILK
  6. AND ADD MILK IN SUJI
  7. MIX IT IN SUJI AND COOK
  8. ADD SUGAR AND COOK TILL SUGAR DISSOLVE
  9. ADD NUTS AND MIX OUR MANGO HALVA IS READY
  10. TAKE A OPEN MOULD AND SERVE IN PLATE
  11. DEMOULD IT AND GARNISH WITH NUTS
  12. AND MANGO SCOOPS
