Kids love popsicles and what better than to make some for them with fresh mangoes, in summer.

Mango popsicle

Ingredients to make Mango popsicle

  • 1 mango make juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp mango essence

How to make Mango popsicle

  1. Peel, chop the mangoes and blend them into a smooth pulp, using a blender.
  2. Add sugar, essence and blend again.
  3. Pour in into the cavities of the popsicle tray.
  4. Freeze this for 6-7 hours, poke a stick in between, freeze. Demould and serve.

My Tip:

Popsicle tray if it not available,,pour in a mould also
