Chiller raita

Ingredients to make Chiller raita

  • cucumbers 2 skin removed and grated finely
  • pomegranate medium sized 1
  • Hung sour yogurt 3/4 cup
  • salt a pinch
  • Chaat masala 1/4 teaspoon

How to make Chiller raita

  1. Firstly , finely grate the cucumbers .
  2. In a bowl , take grated cucumbers .
  3. Add pomegranate pearls to the cucumbers .
  4. Add salt .
  5. Sprinkle chaat masala .
  6. Add sour yogurt .
  7. Mix gently .
  8. Chiller raita is ready to serve .

My Tip:

Add hung sour curd for the creamy taste .
