Idlis when fried gives an awesome taste.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 6 idlis
  2. oil for frying and tempering
  3. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  4. Few curry leaves
  5. 1-2 whole dried red chillis

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok.
  2. Cut the idlis into halves and fry them till they are golden brown
  3. Heat oil for tempering, add mustard seeds,curry leaves and whole dried red chillies.
  4. Pour this tempering on top of the idils.
  5. Your lovely snack is ready to eat!
