Ingredients to make Wheat Daliya fruit n drifruits pongal

  • 1/4 kg wheat Daliya
  • 100 gms honey
  • 50 gms ghude
  • 1 cup kaju,raisins,kismis,
  • 1/4 cup ghee
  • 1 cup apple,bana peices
  • 1/4 ltr milk
  • 1/4 tsp cardom powder

How to make Wheat Daliya fruit n drifruits pongal

  1. Heat a pan add ghee roasted drifruits separate
  2. With the same pan add ghee Fri Daliya as gold colour
  3. Pour boiled milk,water cook until should soft
  4. Keep cook 20 min
  5. Daliya gets double size
  6. Add ghude,honey
  7. Mix well add cardom powder keep mix add fruit peices
  8. Mix up gently turn off
  9. Ready to serve garnish with drifruits

My Tip:

Once fruit peices added cooke gently ...it comes nice aroma and good texture...if overcooked it becomes tasteless...
