Raisins and walnut oatmeal ladoos are very healthy to have also it is easy cooking without fire recipie. Little chewy while you eat but definetly you relish the taste of each of its ingredient. Raisins, shredded coconut acts as binding agent. It is easy and quick to make! I got inspired by food writer yvonne Ruperti 's No bake oatmeal Raisin Bars Recipie.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raisins 1 and 1/4th cup
  2. Rolled oats 3/4 cup
  3. Walnuts 1/2 cup
  4. Shredded coconut 1/4 cup
  5. Salt 1/8 tsp
  6. Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Transfer the mixture into food processor
  3. Process it until mixture forms large lump.
  4. Remove it in a bowl
  5. Take equal proportion of mixture and roll it to form ladoos
  6. Your Raisins and Walnut Oatmeal Ladoos are ready to relish!
